anybody up for a showing at rausch creek in september

I am going to rausch creek in about 2 weeks. I will have my 200x and atc250r with me(both very modded). Anybody else gonna go?? I wonder what kind of comments I will get from the atc250r, I got alot complements about how I rode the 200x last time.

I was thinking about sending my suspension out to get it rebuilt. my rear shock is shot to heck. Rausch is gonna be a hard ride on me. Lotsa good air there. lol

you guys just save your money,and come kick it with us sept. 22-23-24.gonna be a huge blowout.probally 10-12 trikes are coming so far.and if you want,we are racing that weds,and thurs also.2 fair races,and then the drags,flat track,and mx.

deathman,this includes you.drive the extra few hours and come kick it with us.your date is too close to ours or i would be there.with our big week coming up,i can't take enough time off work for your date,and ours,i sincerly appoligize.you guys come out here,and i will be sure to have a place for you to stay.

dude, thats a long haul, and my poor Rs rear shock is getting pretty pogo stickish. I shouldn't be riding it really. I wouldn't wanna actaully race on that shock. I would make a terrible showing.

Well, I guess that does give me a week or so more. Maybe I could get it rebuilt by then. Oh wait I may have a wedding to go to in tennesse that weekend.

Nope not gonna happen. Just looked at the invitation. I have a wedding here in MD. and then another.

Trust me 3legged, I wanna bang bars with you guys so bad I can taste the ohioian dirt already. I shouldn't have pussed out over the mud at trikefest.

Trust me when I finally make it I'm comming full force. Actually started working out this week. I've run 2 miles every night so far and some other menial stuff. I'm gonna get me 40lbs lighter and my trike suspension totally reworked and if not another race, then at least at trikefest I'll make a good showing.

You guys are freakin crazy for paying that much to ride for a day. :crazy: deathman sorry for bustin in on your thread. I'm less than an hour from this place and although there is no "racetrack" the riding up here is great! I'll only charge you guys $25 bux to ride for the weekend! :naughty: :lol:

A little off topic but I got an email from a fellow that is a member of some kind of private or members only type campground somewhere down in this area. the only members only place that I know of is tower city. Has anyone gone there or does Rausch have a place like this?

How are the trails out at RC or is there any? (being that I'm not a racetrack kinda guy)

rausch is a motocross park.
some woods trails but not for the faint of heart. No easy riding at this place. Its really the place ot go if you wanna rip it up motocross style. big air, mean jumps. long table tops. Totally sweat. if you can't be happy spending the entire day on one or two tracks then its not for you. I love making the quad guys stare over there. They stop and whatch you. Even had a my own little cheering section once when I hit one of the tables.

Its actually a pretty punishing track in my oppion. 4-5 laps and you're feeling like you just finished a workout at the gym.

Definitly man, i so can't wait to run with you guys. I'll be ready for sure.

I'm really hoping to get the 500 setup to try and run it around the small track at TF. The big track was ok but the way the bike was setup it was just to dang tall. I couldn't slide it.

next year will be different though.

inverts on the front, 20" kenda knarlys on the back, get my rear works dialed in, should dro pthe beast about 2.5" its should be totally awsome by then. I just dropped the frame off at the powder coater today and its gonna be candy blue, with white plastic (and maybe optional pink for laughs)

Man I'm totally restoaked about it, like I'm starting the project all over again. lol.

Gota get some custom stickers made, maybe even a honorary OTC sticker for the front fender. hehe.
