anyone ever tried this

400ex rear plastic with a 250r seat and hardware.
i laid my ex setup on it and i believe i could bolt these fenders to
the "R" seat and trim the front points under the tank..

Looks Great.. but i don't know about the red in the front, kinda throw's it out of the mix. than again who knows, after every thing is bolted down and what not it may look Perfect... good luck man...Keep up the good work

OOOOOH like me you plan on doing a paint job....well in that case to me it looks great..It has what i call a modern look to it..it looks different , a change from the ordinary:p

are you buildin that 250r from scratch? my friend just finished his 85 250r he bought every part from start to finish off ebay took him almost 2yrs.

yep ! it started from a frame i pulled out of the trash!. i had it blasted and painted to inspect. every thing is straight. i wanted to do a full restore. ya know. make it look brand new again. but i want to ride this thing so it will look nice but not new. i hope to have it all together by next summer. i want to build 2 chassis.
one for a buddy. he has a yz250 blaster and we're thinking of putting his yz on an "R" frame. it would solve all the problems we're having with the blaster.
oh and i just may go yellow if the fenders work..thats what i wanted to do to begin with until MAIER told me they could not make me any!!!!!

Looks good. I was thinking of using my friend's raptor plastic's, but he can't find them, so that's of of the question. I have a 200s, I love the no suspension, just want it too look mean.
