84 125m hi/lo slippage

Hey.... i recently retired my 85 110 and got out the 125m and cleaned it all up... it rides great... except for when you start to go uphill or through rough terrain in HI it kicks out and sits in between lo and hi.... needless-to-say i have no clue how to fix it.... so yeah.. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hmmm..... its been 6 days.... and i'm starting to get worried this thing will never run right...... am i the only one with this problem??? is it possible the clutch is out of adjustment.. it shifts fine.. but when it starts to lag down it kicks out... should i adjust it to feather into gear harder???? someone HELPPP
