I recently moved to West GA and am looking for a good place to ride, I found out about one near Greensboro, at the Oconee Natl Park but havent been there yet. They are closed a lot during the year for hunting etc anyway. SO ANYBODY KNOW ANY NEARBY PLACES, in GA or SC??

West GA? How far are you from Benning? I am getting a machine up here soon. If you are near by, we can link up for a ride.

Im at Ft Gordon, are you is OCS right now? You wont have anytime to ride once in class. But yeah, Id like to go riding for sure. I found two great places within an hour from me for just $5 a day to ride by searching this forum, so Im going to check them out within the month I hope. Im busy settling in from a recent PCS right now.

I knwo once I am fianlly picked up time will be short. But from what I hear, I may as well get comfortable. The military does not like to admit thier mistakes. So I will be here for a while getting the corrections made I must have to move forward.

Hey man. Im down near Atlanta. Durham Town is not too far from you. I havent been there yet, but its suppose to be pretty cool. Prob 2hr ride for you. 1Hr for me. 2-2.5 for Lonesome. Do a search for it on the web. You will find it. They even have AC cabins with satelitte TV and wireless internet. Hundreds of acres with all types of terrain.

Jmsmilin,
I live in W SC (Pickens County) and I go to "Wayehutta" in NC if I want to do a legal day time ride. It's about an hour and 20 mins from where I live. The place is in Cullowhee, NC a couple miles from WNC University. PM me if your interested and I'll get you some better directions... Cullowhee is easy to find, but the riding park is a *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited* to find.

Go there and scroll down for a description and directions... it's not a bad place at all considering it's a riding park.

Id say that place next to you under the bridge you posted pics of is probably better...its closer and its free
I guess it wouldnt hurt just to come check out one time though, I always like a good road trip to a new riding spot, my schedule permitting of course
