well just got the t3 rear titan fast trekkers today, got home from work and jumped right on throwing them onto the rims. only problem i have right now, is i didnt get my valve stems yet, but its no biggy. will run and get them tomorrow while i am out and about at work, then slap them in on lunch break. i couldnt wait, wanted to see how shes going look, mr impatient i guess you could say. rolled her out onto the back lawn, and snapped a few shots of it for yahs. dont mind the gay looking skinny front tire and wheel, its off of there next week too, as soon as my new rim and tire gets here. still alot to do to get it up and rideable, but its getting there.

Man! That looks awsome, great colour scheme too. You shaved the back of the front fender? What size tires and rims are those?

That front rim doesn't look bad with the low profile rears. Got a front angle shot with the wheel pointing straight? What size tire is is? 22 on a 10 inch rim?

lol, no i dont have any shots of the front yet, but trust me its way off. its the stock front off my blaster, put it on just to roll it around and be able to manuver it in my garage.

looks good my next project will probably be a t-3 how rare are parts for them ? and how long have you been working on it?

well parts are kinda hard to come by, but if you do your searching and investigating, they are out there. i have had alot of help from the great people on here. i started with just a bare frame i got off ebay for 50 bucks, back in september of last year, so its been about a year now. hope to have it running and ready to go for some nice wide open lake runs this winter. maybe intimidate a few quads while i am at it. having two kids that live with me and another i pay childsupport for and a wife, kinda limits my funds, but it will be done as soon as i can have it done. wnat to try and make it to trike fest next year with it, but only time will tell.

Scoot, great to hear the history on this trike. I was under the impression you restomodded a complete Tecate as opposed to building one from scratch.
Did you know a Mojave front rim bolts on the front hub and it is centered?
Dammit!

I am very impressed. I really like the look of the of those original rear fenders. The blue makes it look sharp also. You must of paid some coin for that front # plate.
Few questions - where did you get the fast trekkers? Are those the blemish ones from ebay? Also did you have to rebuild the rear shock - I am looking for a place to do mine?
great job.

no actually i made the plate myself. a little time and effort, lots of fiberglass and sanding. i got the rear trekkers thru dennis kirk, they were 143 for both. the rear shock i bought of a kid around the area, it is in awesome shape for 45 bucks. but i am looking at getting a raptor shock for eventually. i do know of a place in lower new york called hygear suspension, look them up on the web, they do all kinds of rebuilds for jsut about any type of off road vehicle.

Little advice for you on the Raptor shock swap. Get it rebuilt to both the Tecate and your weight specs and either use the longer remote resivor line from the Tecate shock or have a stainless line of the same length made. The Raptor line is too short to mount the bottle in the same location and is hard to fit on the frame because of the airbox location.
