The frame is solid but has a crap paint job done to it. It has banshee rims all the wya around with some sort of rancing tire that are in good shape. Thats about the good and the bad for everyhting except the motor.. Now the motor has new electrical. The motor is fresh only been ridin for about 2 days after re build..Its bored as much as possible with out sleving it, it has carbon reeds uni air filter i think 10 over sized jets or something like that, rebuilt carb. being its a 2001... and needing a whole front end rebuild it sounds along with front tires and a seat cover and new plastic... being he painted the old ones witch in my book is the worst thing you can do... id offer 800 bux for it... dont let the 2001 bit fool you man blasters are a dime a dozen dude they are every ware and they are dirt cheap there is a reason they dont sell for much... unless you dont have much to spend id look into buying another 4 wheeler.... also being its bored 80 over that engine is pretty much junk... i dont care how well it runs at 80 over its done... cause when it goes this time you have to do a whole resleave job on it...its not worth it man... i mean its totaly fixable in every way... but your money could be better spent on something that was on the stock bore and not needing as much work.... people some times think its cool to bore out an engine 80 over to the max and are like yeah man its 80 over... all that realy means is the engine is junk and must have blow up alot and beat on... think of it man this thing is a 2001 and its alreadybored to the max... that means it was beat on alot...to have to be rebuilt that many times and bored that much... the amount of money its going to cost you to resleve that when it pops again you could buy another blaster...
gasket kit 35 bux
piston kit 100 bux
slieve kit...100 bux
laybor to put the slieve in... 150 bux
total...almost 400 bux to rebuild it when it pops again.... and it will pop again i can almost promise you that... if i were you i wouldnt do it dude...

hell man here i can get a mint blaster for 950.00 with a big bore kit. its almost all new stuff on it. so in my opinion no its not worth it. you could get a pretty decent trike for 900.00. just my 0.02

offer 700, dont pay any more then that. you can find a much better condition blaster for 1000, who gives a crap about the reeds and jetting or sprockets....
your on your last bore, and who knows how many hours is REALLY on the piston.
that means new sleeve or cylinder and piston sooner then you think.
As for the paint peeling off every where, thats crappy too, just think.... 300 more then the 700 you offer him, you could find a pretty much stock one that has NOTHING really wrong with it, except maybe itd do some good to bore the top end. look around you can do better then this bike. if you really want it, dont give more then 700.
