bogging. thought was carb prob, but not.

so i've been chasing what i thought was a carb problem, but don't think it is.

once warmed up, my ytm idles fine, but bogs when starting off, and slowing down. open throttle runs fine. i adjusted pilot screw and it improved a bit, but still not great.
so i took the carb from my other ytm, that idles and runs fine and put it on my problem one. still same bogging problems with other carb.

checked and double checked timing...its fine.

things i'm going to check:
no air intake obstructions
spark plug

any other ideas?

Had the same problem on a 125 dirt bike it ended up being a small rip in the intake boot.
