Kawasaki KLT Pulsing Coil

New questions,for an old problem. My KLT still does not have spark!!
I've checked the following:
1.Coil
2.Ignition unit/CDI
3. Solinod
4.voltage regulator

Know the questions.

Q1.What the heck does a "pulsing coil" do?

Q2.Does it have any effect on the spark of the machine?
