Well, not really sure about the top end, but all I have on mine is a cam, wiseco piston and a K&N ( getting a good exhaust soon) and it really woke it up. Nowhere near my R, but it's pretty fast.

mine was bone stock with 18 ince rear tires and i clocked it at 68mph and i went to the 22" rear tires and clocked it at 74mph..
you could run it on n.o.s. and alky the top end is still going to be about the same.. to get more top end you have to change the sprockets and if you want more than that you will have to regear the tranny (if they even make a higher set of gears for them.
by going to a different cam and piston size you will gain bottom end but 6th gear is still the same.
if you go to a taller tire and i smaller rear sprocket you should beable to gain several miles per hour

mine is in sig, and id say 60-65mph without really overrevving it.

I've had mine either 57 or 59 on gps and that was holding it in 6th gear and was revving more than I was comfortable with. Gearing if I remember was stock, and tires were 22's. I have a hard time belive a stock one with 18's will do 68. Also in my opinion slapping on mods won't make you go faster, a stock engine running correctly will rev to the max in 6th gear, adding mods might make you get to high speed faster and allow you to pull taller gearing for more speed.
