engine wont fit

I got a replacement engine for my 250sx,and its been giving me trouble when i try putting it into the frame.the motor mount on the rocker cover is hitting the frame from every way it try putting it in,am i supposed to take somthing off to get it to fit back into the frame? honda made it a realy tight fit,and i cant figure out how to get it into place.if anyone has any suggestions tha would be great.

Are you leaving the motor mounts on the frame or engine when you are putting it in? You have to take pretty much all of the mounts off the engine/frame, put the engine in, then bolt her all up.
