I just did this myself. Go back and double check these things. On a 200x you wont have to pull it out of the frame. Pull the pulse generator cover, rotor and pluse generstor plate and base and all back off. remove cam. make sure you are at top dead center face the cam lobs down and line the notch on the cam chain sprocket with the top index mark. After you are sure you got that set right re install the rotor assembly make sure you have the punch marks on the rotor and spark advancer are in line. Dont forget about the small pin that goes in the cam shaft. turn the flywheel to the F mark set the rotor and pulse generator to where they are aligned with each other. If thats all set right you should be good. Check for spark. I ended up finding that I was slightly off on timming and also were I had painted the frame it was not grounding the coil

Recheck all your timing and then check if you are getting a spark.

Good luck :beer

i't helps if you turn the engine over once and recheck it . sometimes alittle slack in the chain on the wrong side will get you of a tooth or two.

top dead center
cam lobes down
pickup on the cam ready to fire
check the cam pickup position might be 180%off and not the cam

real funny mine ran for a week and then that happened
