110 Carbs

I rebuilt my carb. Put it back on the bike ,gas came out of the overflow line. Took it back apart put in a different needle and a different float . Still overflowed. Any ideas or suggestions to fix this problem are welcomed.( med.

I don't have a lot of experience (yet) with float problems, but if you read my current post about my 110 dying I have the same problem when I leave the petcock in the run position and the motor isn't running. It starts to overflow so I just shut the gas off.
But I am having carb problems that may well be caused by the float. I'm not sure if the float height on the 110 carb can be adjusted. I'll have to check my manual.
Is the O-ring in the bowl in good condition? Just a thought.
