'69 honda mini trail coil question Help

I am trying to get this bike to fire, but not having any luck (no spark). I used my multimeter to check the resitance between the coil and the cap and it reads 1.521K , between the coil and plug it reads 1.632K. Doesn't this mean my coil bad?

there wouldnt be any reading if it was bad -i dont think

Thanks, Jason. I'm getting kinda confused with the readings I'm getting. My honda shop has a shop manual on it. So I'm going to pick it up tomarrow. I was trying to use a PW50 shop manual for reference, but it didn't help too much.
