looks to be a 34 mm carb, 2 stroke for sure.
has alot in common with my 34mm off the 125 tiger, except i cant see the choke linkage.

Well by looking at your list of bike collection I would say odds are it came off of a Yamaha.

By the way the intake looks and I don't see a choke lever, could it possibly be off of a snowmobile?

It looks very much like the one on a 185S. Just cant' see the choke. If it has a little black arm on the other side that cams the choke closed thats what I have.

im bettin it had a pull nob choke possible on the other side if its honda id say an old school R or possible a blaster?

definately not a blaster, not even close.
and absolutely is about as close to a 185s carb, as i am close to growing a second head on my shoulders.
its 2 stroke, for sure.
you will not find a 4 stroke carb that remotely resembles it.
im guessing from a moto cross bike.
but either way it doesnt matter.
will work on any 34mm intake, 2 stroker.
good for a spare.
watch for bikes with intakes that have a position notch on the top of the boot, which is why you see that groove on the carb. helps to stabalize the carb under conditions such as jumping, hill climbing, etc. or if changing your air box over to a single pod k & n application.

Ok included pics of other side and engine side. But now I see there is no choke at all ?? No butterfly flap also ?? This has me baffled so I wonder if a friend dropped it off for extra parts for me lol. I checked all my machines I have now and nothing looks like it lol ? I only see the # H9 with an 8 below the first numbers. Oh just popped the intake off and behind it has Mikuni VM32/454.
Great thanks for the help everyone ! Really love this group !!

I am still saying a snowmobile, see the little line up by the rubber intake boot? That is where a hand primer line hooks up. Ski-doo uses alot of these on their sleds.

Looks like a 34 mm off a skiroule, JD, snojet, 440 series kawasaki 2 cyl, 2 stroke, 2 carb engines - the slot in the front is to keep the carb upright so the 2 of em can be tuned correctly together

hey, not off a 440 kawasaki. got one of those on the X. It has an accelerator pump, and also bigger.

hey, I'll say maybe poolaris, looks like an oil injection nozzle on the side. 440 kawasaki has kehin carbs, used mix fuel. not a slide valve, but throttle plate carb. also no choke on yours, it uses an enrichment or starter system.

it very much looks like the 34mm carb on my '80 Yamaha YZ125.
However, the attached short piece of hose seems to indicate the carb was mounted a bit sideways...
Anyways, here is a pic of my beloved P.O.S. <http://home.planet.nl/~pymerone/resource/fenge1.jpg>

the chokes can be changed from tab - to a cable style, but the u groove in the carb at the breather inlet appears to be for the carb positioning, -
some carbs have them in the front for the manifold boots as well,
with the amount of different things built - i don't know-lol
from the pics- im saying the carb doesn't go to that intake boot---
what ever the boot is too it doesn't have reed induction
???--- im guessin - pre 80's air cooled ,- honda- or yami
mabe early 80's-- up to 84
so do i win a prize now??--- lol
a carb shop should be able to run the numbers on it and tell you what its to

That looks pretty close. I had a few YZ125 when I was a youngster. But I sold the bikes complete and never had any spare parts though ? Plus I had a few Yamaha TT125 or 225 ? dirtbikes but they were 4 strokes. I only have spare RMX parts and they look nothing like this.
I took off the rubber intake boot of the carb and it had Mikuni VM32/454 on the intake boot. So this must be a 32mm then ?? What is the 454 mean (carb model?)
Also on the carb itself. There is a small box that has H9 stamped on the engine side / idle adjustment side. Then there is a 8 under the H9. Been googeling all the numbers but nothing shows up ??
Thanks for everyones help on this ! Really had me puzzled on where this came from lol.
