what brand of aftermarket airbox is this, and where might somebody be able to get one? anyone know?

its possibly a UFO or maier. those are the only that come to mind on vented T3 air boxes.
on a side note. only on a trike do you see that much body english

Looks like a JP airbox lid. You could buy the complete JP airbox made specifically for 38mm carbs.

its a UFO airbox.i have one,only problem is i dont have a filter for it.

how hard is it to find the filter for it? are you willing to get rid of it by any chance?

its on my champion framed jimmy white replica tecate so i dont really want to get rid of it.i looked around for one similar but could not find one that looks good enough to fit.maybe if someone has a part # i can try to order one.

Ive already done the 86/87 T3 lid and that was pretty easy.
Now working on the plate from BGM,started the mold yesterday.

its more than just a lid,you would have to mold an entire airbox and a lid for this.

thats what i need it for as well. to help complete my jwr resto. its a sweet airbox, would you be able to something like a whole airbox aussie?

Nobody makes them anymore. Only a couple members have the airbox in question and its not an easy part to reproduce.
A 38mm carb will fit the stock airbox just fine.
