digi cam recomendations?

Im in need of a digi cam so I can thin out the parts collection. Im not looking for something that is 1trillion megapixel-zoomX4,873-see the size of a bugs d#%k...Im just looking for something that takes good quality pics, fairly cheap, and is easy to use. I dont care if its new or used. Any recomendations? Preferably from those with experience.

I use a Minolta Dimage Vewier. ITs a great camera and I picked it up at Walmart for around 300 bucks. Comes with your USB cable and software to install on your computer.
