cylinder question

i have an 82 250r cylinder ingood shape on the outside but there is a little rust on the inside, there are no gouges in it just rust.
how much is a reasomable price to sell it for and what can i do to get rid of the rust?

If the rust is very light, honing the cylinder will take care of it however if the rust goes into the metal, it may require boring. I cant be much help on price, but the bore size will be the major factor in its value. The more times its been bored, the less it is worth.
