well spacing your wheels will add more of a risk of bending an axle.. but in all my searches, i've never seen a bent 70 axle EVER.. so no worries...

as for the fenders... i suppose you could get some type of hinge, so long as it is heavy duty... assuming that the seat is made like the 110 and 125m.. make sure u line up the lock in the front so the seat/fenders stay in place.... good luck.... sorry no experience with zongshen motors....

No problem with spacers.
Here is a couple of pics of a rear flip seat from Glamis.com's ATC70 Forum http://www.glamisdunes.com/invision/index.php?showforum=50

if you jump hard i would think that would put stress on an axle. if you use something make from billet aluminum i dont see any problems with it. 2.5" seems longs i wouldnt go over 1.5" a wheel but im scared about everything

i wouldnt jump a 70 anyways lol so no worrys i think im gonna get it cnc'ed out of
billet along with some triple trees so i can run some forks on it insted of totley ridget and i got a extra axle and frame so if i screw anything up to bad ill just put stock parts on and plus i get all this stuff done for free 1 of the benifits of your mother working for a airplane parts factery :)

You can bolt in an ATC90/110 axle and carrier. The axle is 2" a side wider but you can modify the rear hubs to make it 1" a side. Bigger rear bearings and much stronger axle a just a couple of the advantages.
