cant really see to much detail on it. but from the view you have yea it looks like a 87. but the question is are they oem plastics or are they after market. also what the vin number?

that can be debated till the end of time. or at least until we can have a closer look it the plastics and see a vin number. till then i im going to say no. because the plastics can be after market and the light bucket could have bin painted.

That is Kasey's MINT 1986 ATC250R. You can ask him. That is for sure photoshopped.
