Hey guys,
The starter valve as it's called wont stay up in the choke position,I took it apart and theres not a lot to it but I cant see how to get it to work like it's suspossed to?
Is there a simple fix or do I need to get one new(If I can find one)??
For now I tied a small wire around the knob and pull it as I kick it over but I would like to fix it someday,I have enough getto stuff going on as it is lol!!!
Thanks!!

Or you could upgrade the carb for probably the same money.the one from an 83-84 is pretty easy to fit in there, the 85 carb will go in with a little more work.My 82 choke was screwed up to .

So is my choke. I am gonna go with the 83-84 carb. It's a good upgrade from our little carbs too.

I just put a little alligator clip on mine before I start it. After it runs for a bit I take the clip off and clip it to the throttle cable. Has been working for me.
