yes just bought a 85 t3, for a whopping 400 bucks yes thats right 400 beans. and its all just about there'' needs stator fly wheel and pipe and silencer and plastic.its pretty clean for the age of it. starting to fall in love again. parts are on the way will post more pics soon. wow i cant believe i have a tecate again. thanks mike from long island.

it sure will big green,gonna rerstore it some its so clean now you would not believe it.get all plastic for it number plate from aussie would be great get wheel spacers nice rims pipe and silencer shoot its gonna be sweet when its done.

hey bgm, whats the deal with the 86 rear fenders? what if any mods do you have to do to mount them? i am thinking of have a set laying around incase i wreck the oems, ouch. and digity, i think that is the way you should go, they look awesome.

it tis a nice toy, I probably shouldnt have passed it up but when he told me that someone else on the forum wanted it, I figured it would be going to good hands. And i see it did so good luck and have fun.

Not hard to mount them. Drill the holes and make a new fender brace for them.
The next time I buy fenders I'll be buying Blaster "customs" for the rear of this thing and sending the 86/87's I have onto the 86 Tecate I want to build.

sweet, i am getting a set of the newer blaster rears for my 240 rebuild i am doing right now. i often sat there eyed the rears on my blaster and thought they would work well. now the options are opening up some hmmmmm. choices digity. lots of choices.

just kidding. thats all i wanted. i am not a greedy person. could have asked for more and it might still be sitting here in my barn. but i threw a # out there and we both couldnt be more happier. hope you guys werent waiting tooooooo long for me. you gotta keep me updated on the progress. love to see what i would never do myself!!! :w00t: enjoy
