Not sure what your working on, but both my old trikes worked the same way. If you already have the snap ring out then you should just have the bolt on the bottom that holds the fork piston in. If that is out just use the fork like a slide hammer and it should pop the old seal out. Dont worry you won't hurt anything. It (they) may need some coaching to come out, but if you hit enuff' times they should come out.
Hope it helps.
p.s. A hint for putting the seals back in....Get a PVC pipe that will fit just over the outside of the fork (the shinny part). Then use it like a hammer to gently put the seals back. If the PVC pipe you have is just a little to small, you can also just it in half long ways and tape it together with black tape.
p.s.s. Make sure to put the flat washer on trailprotrailpro you hammer them in with the pipe.
Good luck

yepper, bill is right.. loosen that allen bolt off the bottom, and then work it like a slide hammer till it all comes out! clean replace, and use the pvc pipe.. it works well!
