I like the kenda vipers on my 350x. (20x10x9). They work pretty good all around. I have a set of fast trekkers but have'nt tried them yet, although people here say they are great also.

I have had Fast Trekkers and I liked them. I have a set of Power Gear tires (holeshot knockoffs) that look real nice, and they got a good rating in Dirtwheels a few issues back. I haven't mounted them up yet, so I don't have my own opinion on them yet.
I would stick with 20" tires. It's the best all around tire size you can get IMO.
Check www.nebraskatire.com they have good deals on the Fast Trekkers.

For all around riding you cant beat a 20X11 Turf Tamer, there cheap last a LONG time and HOOK up. Defently the best for the price. I have razr's right now and dont like them, have a set of shredders and there OK barely ok. Holeshots are good but very expensive.

I like Turf Tamers and Holeshots. I have 18" Holeshots on my 350X and I still haven't found a snow drift I can't go through. They are awesome in the snow, even though I didn't think 18" tires would do too well.

20" turf tamers or 20" razrs --- way to go, both are great options.

Razor's for 20's, Holeshot XCT for 22's.
If I still had my 350X, I would have XCT 22's on the rear, and probably stock gearing. Good ground clearance, and the gear would still be ok for drag racing on loose stuff.

Get some sur-traks. I had them and they were a good tire everywhere. Especially in mud. You cant go wrong with them and they last a long time.

I have a '86 350X with razor tires and don't particularly like them on the rear and was wondering too what would be best. Btw i love this site and all you guys are pretty informative! I can't wait to meet people at TrikeFest this year!

I don't know why some of you guys go up to 22" tires. Don't you think that is a little big for any sport oriented trike? Even if you are going through mud, you would have to re-gear like crazy so you can still get the power from the 350x motor to spin those honkers. I am betting that 20" is more than enough for the 350x.

20's are PERFECT, and i dont like the razr's they wear fast and dont hook up nearly as good as the turftamers. They just arnt quite as durable.

21" Mud Sharks. The only down side is you really have to work to get them to slide out on track like conditions. For a track tire the stock Z400/KFX400 is hard to beat.

20" Razr 6-ply is a great tire IMHO. Hooks up great, still slide-able and mine dont really wear down that bad even after doing some burnouts? Maybe its beacuse of the 6-ply. Anyway I like them.

22" All Traks....haven't tried them yet, but Tim Sr. and some other guys swear by them for trail riding. Good clearance and the 350X engine has more than enough power to turn them.

If I had to buy new tires today, I'd be tempted to get a set of radials. Never tried them, but seems to be the wave of the future. the ITP Tracstar and the Maxxis iRazr are both cool. If it would fit the Kenda K549 is a really cool tire, IMO.
Just food for thought. Chris
