I bought that 350x that I posted about And there is a few things missing. First thing I want to know is about the rear motor mount bolt. Its missing on mine, no bolt or hardware is there. If someone could post a pic so I know what all I have to get that would be great. Or if someone has one they want to part with?
Next would be a gas tank probably going to have to go to ebay for that. that seems to be one thing that a lot of people want.
There is alot more but first thing is a pic of the motor mount bolt

www.partsfish.com should have a microfiche I think its called blue print of the whole bike from top to bottom. You should be able to order the bolt you need from there.

You have to register to use it. Its free. They order parts from servicehonda and make it much easyer then using www.servicehonda.com. Give that a try, add your bike to your vehicle list once you register and check it out.

Do you need just the bolt, or the bracket and bolts? I have all of the items for all of the engine mounts sitting in my living room with me (just repainted the mounts, and I'm installing the engine today).

the mounts are still on the frame but the bolt is missing. and is there supposed to be some kind of rubber or shims between the frame mounts and the motor? there is a fairly good gap on eithor side of the dog ear coming off the motor

The bolt is approx. 5 1\4" long from shoulder to end of threads, the spacer (collar) is aluminum and is just a litlle over 1 1\4" long. Here are some pics. I am not exactly sure what metric size they are, you can take one of the other bottom bolts out and get the correct thread pitch and size. I hope this helps you.

thanks guys thats what I needed
mine is an 85 and I dont have that nifty tab thingy. It looked as though the bolt went straight through to the other dog ear on the frame. Am I wrong? anyone got a pic of it in the trike?

Gunnar, If you are refering to the left rear motor mount ( above & behind the countershaft sprocket ) take a close look at the mount bracket that is welded on the frame. Look for flaking paint, this could indicate a crack in the mount. Honda had frame breakage problems on 1985 350x's...at that location. If you are missing a motor mount bolt, I recommend inspecting all of the engine mounts closely, and see if any others are loose. Hope this helps......Tech23
