Just read about that place in a dirtwheels feature. To hell with them then, I'll never go there. You wanna open an ATV park, let everyone in. What the hell is the sense in banning three wheelers? People like that are not true off road enthusiasts, just a bunch of uptight, politically correct drones. I myself like to live a little. So what if I hurt myself.

More then likely it isn't anything personally against three-wheelers, but that their insurance provider (Which is more then likely K&K) has exclusions written in the policy preventing three-wheelers from being covered. I've ran into this same problem trying to locate insurance for my own track/facility I've been trying to open for the past year now.

There are two places in Tennesse the same way , Honda Hills & Wheelin it the Country. Its not that they dont want three wheelers there its like Billy said their Insuarance wont allow it . It bothers me though that I have to call a place just to see if will be able to ride there or not

I have run into that alot around here too. I don't know why they are not allowed, and I don't care. I just won't go.

The parks that I go to here in Texas make you sign a waiver before you ride. Ecluding them from any liability.

But like grundle said, Any REAL offroader wouldn't do this. Even if they had to change insurance companies.

Or maybe they just don't want the forwheelers to get embaresed when your little trike goes thru the stuff they are all gettin stuck in.....lol

Yeah I talked with Darin (the owner) of Wheelin in the Country and expressed my thoughts about that. They ride around in half rednecked up rigs with no roll cages or helmets and flip it on its side but yet you cant ride a 3 wheeler there. Its sad that companies and parks are so ignorant about them.

I don't think anyone would question my enthusiasm or me being a "REAL offroader". Believe me, its not just as simple as switching to an insurance company that has coverage for trikes. Not by a long shot.

Hmmm, I wonder how they get away with it here.

You think the waiver has something to do with it?

And i wasn't takeing a shot at ya bill..........calm down. :D
I guess things are just done differently here.

So what is the big problem, just curious, with the insurance companies.
Do they have a specific clause in there policies just for trikes?

And why isn't it as simple as switching companies, Do they ALL have this clause in your area?

I am seriously not trying to be a ****, Just curious.
