I got a set of rims that came in off of eBay yesterday.....10" x 9 ITP's used.
These were what I needed to mount my ancient Fast Trekkers.
Mind you I got these tires used from a buddy back in 1996 or 97, and never mounted them.
They had ice screws in them once upon a time.
So, I cleaned the beads up good, wiped the rim beads down, put some lube on the beads, and mounted them with spoons.
It took 45 lbs of air to seat the beads, so I let em sit a minute, and dropped it down to 30 lbs on the head. Squirted some LeakFind around the beads, and let em sit........all day.
They did not leak one damn bit, so I put em at 8 lbs, and good to go.
These are still marked Armstrong, and hopefully Titan marked ones are just as good.
Not one dry crack in them at all.
For those of you running the Titan Fast Trekkers, how have they been in the long run for you?
I plan on picking up a few sets if they are still good tires, as I loved the way they hooked up on my buddy's Quadracer.

I have a set, I dismounted from the rims, I had them about 2 years. The 9" wide ones are disconitnued, only 11" wide is available right now. I have a set of 11" on my 200x. I wore the 9" wide ones out, my 250r just spins them and doesn't go anywhere. They are great for fast turning and straight line hook-up, they tend to slide out very easy on turns.

Yea, the ones I have are the 18 by 10 Diameter, 11 inch wide. The wide ons are nice as they have the bar in the center.

Bought a set for my Z & Shee off eBay also, but haven't had a chance to run 'em yet. I love the looks of them though!!

They are probably one of the best tires I have ever run. Work well in just about every condition and are awsome in the snow.

Do guys think Fast Trekkers are heavy? I have them mounted on aluminum rims and they feel heavier that the Holeshots I have on steel rims.

mine are light compared to the holeshots that I used to have
but all of mine are for 10 inch rims, so they are going to be light any way
