She is a 3-4 year old pitbull who grew up around my 3 year old and 5 month old kids and our cat. She has never been mean. We are buying a house and cant take her with, the pound will just put her to sleep. she is 50 pounds and 20 inches tall. pure white when dry and full of black spots when white. She is such a sweety.

You are buying a house (with a yard I guess) and you can't take her with you? Thats like leaving your trike!

Some states and cities prohibit pits. Its a shame. I think they did it in Denver, they gave owners a warning, then after the time period the pits that were still around were put to sleep.
Wish I could take her off your hands man. I love pits, but own a townhouse.

its the worst thing ever. I hate to see her go, but its house or dog. And frankly anybody can see that my family of 4 needs more then 2 bedrooms. Plus its to own not to rent. I hate to see her put to sleep. I want to find her a good home.

Run an ad on craigslist, or the local paper. Find her a home man!!!!!!!
You might even check into the rescue societies. I know there are rescues groups out there, not neccessarilly pit rescues, but non the less some organization that would find her a good home.
Do it man, do it! Dont put that girl down.

If I were closer, I would take her in a minute! My friends have a white Pit with brown spots. Beautiful dog, and I love him. I'll post a pic later.
