What is the story behind this kind of tank cover? It says Awear and HRC on it.

i think but im not sure and i have been wrong in the past but your supposed to put it around your tank. hope this helps!

Rare but ugly as all hell.. Just as crazy money as the cover for the entire ATC that they made.....
