350x cooling

I'm wondering about putting a powroll 393cc SELECT kit, a 38 mm DG carb and a Stage 3 Xccelerator complete exhaust in my 350x. But what about cooling ??? Does my little oil cooler is gonna be o.k. ? Must i add a second oil cooler or change this one for a bigger one like 450r,400ex or a GDH racing 300ex one?
And what do you think about the powroll kit? Is here anyone that have it? Is it a stong mod that will last near forever or just 2-3 rides !!!

Do you know if there is a bigger cooler that quite fit the 350x ??? What about the powroll kit ??? Is this a strong mod ?

From what I have heard they are good but a little pricey.

this is 400ex or 450r size and it works great and they aren't to expensive....this is off a street bike and its my coolest running 350x yet

I also am building a powroll bike. I will be running true 10:1 compression+393cc stroked to a 430cc+midrange grind cam+lightened flywheel+complete cobra exhaust+13/40 gearing+ .003 and 1/2 clearence from piston-to-jug+hardfaced rockers+racing valve springs. I just droped my jug off to have it resleeved and bored. Its going back togeather as soon as I get my fuel tank back from Alan. I will post its running condition as soon as I get it broken in. This will be in about 2 weeks hopefully.

I hear that 4 strokes should have their cam chains replaced every racing year. Given these bikes are 20+ years old, I think a new cam chain should be installed with the powroll kit. I ask some of these guys that have used the powroll kit why they got rid of it. They say they pop their cam chain at idle. When I ask if it was replaced when they did the powroll mods, they kinda don't say anything.

Are you gonna do something for cooling your engine or your just keeping your factory oil cooler ???

I have an oil cooler on my 350x, its about 3 times larger than the stock 350x one, i just rigged something up and it came out AWESOME. I love it

Wow It looks very fine !!! Does the air scoops still fit ??? And do you know from what this cooler comes from ??? I really like it !!! Is there a big difference in cooling between both coolers or it's not cooling down so much ? Overall it's just an oil cooler !

Yep I am running one oil cooler. I will only be running the bike for an hour or two outa time. It should be fine.
