I rushed my ailing dad to the emergency room this morning at 4, he has lung problems and all kinds of other things wrong to, so I may be hit and miss for a bit until he gets out wich I hope will be at te end of the week, so this is for any one who may be wating on parts/work/money from me.

there doing some kind of test today that they have to put him asleep for, and a normal person can wake right back up, but the last time they did it, it took him almost 5 hrs to wake up, so today is touch and go for me.

well they did find some minor internal bleeding today and managed to stop it and a few other things, and when I went to see him he was still out, but hte prognosis is good right now, but with the problems he has its still up in the air in my op.

they put him in a regular hospital room instead of being in the ICU, he has a bleeding ulcer and a lower lung infection, they dont know yet what it is.

friday afternoon around 4:30 my dad went into critical condition and had to be put back into the ICU, they said that he had an heart attack, and At 12 oclock was still paralized and on a ventalator as he wasnt able to breath on his own, I have alerted the rest of my fammily as to what might happen, thank you guys for all the suport.

well..things havnt got any better, the doctor basically (lung doctor) have about 8-14 days to make a decision about abunch of important issues about medical care of my dad, and alot can change before now and then, I have taken off of work, my oldest brother has come down from Chicago, and my next brother arrived today from Dallas, we are trying to take care of all the bills, medical and other things all along with going back and forth to the hospital. I pop in from times to time, thanks guys for all the praises.

first off I will apologize for the few parts that still need to be sent out to members here, but I havnt had time to.

today (around 8:30) they pulled the ventalator completly out, he is currently breathing on his own, but he is still not well, its his wishes and also noted in his living will that he be brought home, he will be coming home around 4-5pm this afternoon, and hospice is going to b setting up here to look after him

we dont know the long term outlook, but hes beat and has lost all his strength all we can ask is that hes comfortable.

damn when it rains it pours, it looks like I will be out of work for another week or two looking after my dad, also in some other bad news my oldest brother who came down from chicago to help out has to leave becouse his best freind of 20+ years has died and he has to go back to chicago, so that leaves me with just a little help to look after my dad, and trust me its a 24 hr deal, I had possibly 2 hrs of sleep in the last few days, I cant ask for anyone to ever have to go through this crap
if you guys see me on here, im usually stuck inside the house on the comp or wathcing tv with a baby monitor next to me to hear if my dad needs me.

Guys Alan called me this afternoon and let me know that his dad passed away today around 3:00PM. Please keep him and his family in your prayers as they go through this extremely difficult time. If you had any classifieds dealings or anything else going on with him, please be patient as he will be away from the forum for some time.
