XL 175 motor in a 200X frame?

Friend at work has a mid 70s xl 175 for real cheap, I have a 200X frame and front forks, will the two go together? maybe make a fatcat out of it? the trike frame has no swing arm or rear axles. would I be better off just passing on the whole thing? Jim

Okay I guess I should ask, is a xl 175 even worth picking up? its been sitting in the back yard for many years. Jim
