my buddy wants to know

this isnt my area but i have a buddy with a ttr125 abd he wants to know if there are any cheap upgrades to squeeze some more power out of his little bike. he already bought a exhaust and uni filter. how big of a carb can be put on the ttr125 ?

will a cam out of another bike work? like out of a 230 or something. or does it have to be a "special" cam something like hot cams?
