well,no air in the forks, thatcauses them to blow seals
souinds like you need a carb rebuild, both for the choke lever, and the stalling issue.the stalling maybe something to due with the fuel pump too??
run her at 40 to 1,but make sure it is jetted properly!!
it's doubtful that i helped, but every now and then i do get lucky

Forks -0 psi, but Ive run up to 4 or 5 psi for MX to compensate before I got new springs
The choke plunger isnt supposed to go down, but probably more of them do, than do not. I normally flip the choke off and let it idle up to temp right after starting anyways.
It would be very difficult for anything in the carb or fuel delivery to cause an instant stall, if I am understanding your description correctly. Its hard to say without seeing and hearing it, but you may be bottoming suspension and momentarily locking a wheel up or something. Another possibility is electrical, and something momentarily losing contact from a landing shake. Start it up, and start spraying a low flow of water with a hose over all external electrical components, especially the plug wire. When you hit a loose connection, youll know it immediately.
There are a million threads on gas/oil mixes, but your Amsoil will easily handle a 50:1 ratio. Youll find a lot of guys running it at 40:1, and some guys running it as lean as 80:1

standard on a the front for pressure is 0 and can go up to 8.53 psi MAX!!! NO HIGHER!!
sounds like your choke plunger is wore out, It should stay up. you can get a new one at sudco.com
like tim said sounds like a loose wire.. also check the little wire comeing out of the coil, they like to crack and expose the wire and if it grounds out it will kill the bike
I run 50:1 with Klots or Blenzall
