Here are some pictures of the before and after. But is it really the "after"? I consider it the now or the during. I couldn't stand the black and primer "camo" so I stripped it. Tightened the chain (had to add a tensioner bolt), replaced the solenoid, got an air box w/ filter on the way, and also a $5 spring for the recoil dog ears (cost $1.58 thanks to Howdy). Rides like a dream but I've got a laundry list of things to replace come winter resto... Bring on the mud! :Bounce

It certainly isn't showroom condition. It's a working machine, and a work in progress. I just want it to get me through the summer, then I'll treat it right next winter. It just needs some love. I believe it's been ridden and sat but never really loved and properly maintained...or ridden regularly for that matter. I can certainly take care of that.
