my forks seem really and i mean really soft. sometimes the when i get off of it the front still sags a couple inches. what could be wrong? they have oil in them and new seals. could i put maybe a few puonds of air in them? other than that i have no clue what to do.....

I'll take it you have re-done your forks. If not, check your springs, same thing happened to me on my 86R and it had a broken spring (in many pieces). And check that your upper fork tubes are straight and that you internal brass bushings are OK and everything is sealing. Also, check the fork caps (where you put the air) sometimes, just like a tire, the air valve can get stuck and let air out. I only use 1 p.s.i. of air. Once again, double check everything!!! Other than this I'm out of ideas:wondering

you may have to add a 1 inch pvc spacer on top of the spring to help it out.

Yep. Spacers are the best way to stiffen them up. I never use air pressure. I added spacers two inches long on top of my springs and it made a huge difference.
