Save this machine from certain destruction, Pics

This little 1983 185s is a very nice machine, everything other than the tires is original to my knowledge. The owner wants 700 but will prolly take 500. He offered it to me and if I didnt want it he is going to take it out to there deer camp where is will set outside for the rest of its life and be the "community ATV". I have the money but I really was saving for something else. Its just a hard choice to let it die for no good reason when me/you or someone could get the same enjoyment out of it but keep it in the nice condition that it is. I have the pull cord off of it right now putting a rope in it. I have rode it and it runs, drives like a new one.

Why not buy it and than sell it again? that way you have no time limit but you can get your money back. Just buy it store it in a safe place and put it up for sale on ebay. That would be a win win situation. Thats what i would do, Think of it as waiting a bit longer for what you want to save a nice trike. :TrikesOwn
