Is that a 200s? I am going to guess and tell me if I am right. Did you put the cover on so you didn't have to replace the pull starter? Just wind the pull rope on like some old boat engines and give her a yank?:naughty:

redneck refinement at its best. yea my pullstart took a crap and i didnt feel like paying $80 for one so i spent $4 on that little pully set up. but i had the issue of whenever i hit deep water it slung water in my face. now i have that fancy little do ha that i like to think of as tractor bling for my 185s.

I know what you mean. The prices for those mid 80's ATC pullstarts are crazy.

i have been running this highteck redneck super starter for almost a year now threw nothing but abuse, mud, water, and snow. i figured since the old pullstart was constantly full of water at least it drains faster now. honestly i dont know why this 3 wheeled mud plugger keeps starting first pull everyday. :beer

the front sprocket is fine. the rear is screwed but then again so is the whole rear axle. :D . after i start the it i put the pull cord in my pocket. or in the trunk of the 3 wheeler. yeah the chain does need to be adjusted. but its a mud boggin 3 wheeler i dont use it for anything but beating the crap out of it. and river crossing

The teeth on your front sprocket are hooked meaning it's worn and needs to be replaced. You can (and probably will) throw the chain and crack your cases.

You could grind a couple teeth completely off to lower your gearing...sprockets are adjustable...
