Sure sounds like a jetting problem. Which jet did you change?? They usually all need to be tweaked after a cam change. I wouldn't be running that air box lid either, way to restrictive. Then you'll have to read your plug.

Read the sticky post by DAMMIT! about jetting.

yea i just pumped up my main jet for the winter cuz im running a pipe on mine, but i didnt change the piolet jet, i think i was to rich to begin with, and i have my lid on my airbox to, would this couse it to be a pain to start? becuasebefore thecam it started 1 or 2 kicks everytime, now its like 10 or more

Does the choke work? Make any difference at all?

You can try this. After you kick it a few times when it's cold and it hasn't started yet, pull the plug and see if it's wet or dry. If it's dry, go up a size on the pilot jet and try again.

I think its a valve problem, recheck the adjustment on your valves, my 200x was a bear to start then I adjusted the valves and vroom 2 kicks!
