Well this weekend was suppose to be my last with the Tecate but the buyer effed off. It left me with lots of riding time on my hands. :Bounce Friday night Tonya and I went over all the nuts/bolts on the machine, put on the fork guards, pink grips and some more stickers. :p Saturday morning we woke up early and went riding. She learned how to use the clutch and was starting off like a pro! Super stoked for her as its something she had wanted to learn. She loves the trike! Matches her gear she says. :D Took some video of her starting off and then we headed to the beach to get some video of me roosting around. That evening we went in the country to her cabin for a ride. The trail was rutted so it left us stuck a couple times but we got to where we were going without much fuss. (went in later that day when the trail was really rutted and got stuck so many times, was pissed at the quads)
So here are a few pics to go along with the story, have a few vids that I'll try and post sometime soon. Tecate now has a silver frame and no fork boots, waiting on Aussie's white/blue number plate to get here too.

When does the snow melt up there?

I wish I had that kinda space to ride around. Nice pics.

Usually late April early May. We had a very short winter. The snow is almost gone compared to what we had.

The trail we were on to get to her cabin had about 2 feet of snow covering it.

Looks fun man. That Tri-Z is gone out to Marystown by the way. Bikes looking good. Still hates to see you getting rid of it. Wish I had the green to buy it from ya.

Tri-z in M-town?? WHO GOT IT??!!

Running great too. Dialing in the jetting this week. Sat two nights outside behind the g/f's place and first kick choke on she fired right up.

Running Amsoil Interceptor now. Great stuff! Spooky because its clear when mixed! Keep thinking theres raw gas in it!

I wondered if there was any premix that was clear after my KX250 find tonight.
I thought they put some colored dye in all of them?

Nothing special Scott, not many places to really play what with all the snow in the trails.

Good to know my vids work though. Wish someone would buy the machine already, sick of waiting.

Sweet pics and movie.
I blew mine up and am currently waiting on a crank seal for my new hot rod kit ,ballanced crank ,new bore job max bore, and new gaskets. It looks sweet and sounds amazing. We here in nova scotia got 15 cm of snow all winter. But we had lots of ice.

I have no idea who got it, but I wanted it and the guy held it for the new owner in Marystown. Once again if I had the funds yours would be mine.

Nice stuff James, still looking to part with the Tecate? Looks cold. My two oldest daughers and me went riding this weekend and got sunburned. It was maybe 85*F, then again, you and I are half a contenent apart. Chris

Still selling. It isn't that cold but there is still snow down. The wind was pretty bitter.

Been to Louisiana before and it was more humid then I like thats for sure.
