It won't fit unless you modify. It is meant more for atc70 trx90 bolt pattern frames.

What are the things that need to be changed to make it fit? I have no problem fabricating things, I was just wanting to know if this was a terrible idea and not even possible? If you've had some expierience or tips, please share:naughty:

You should find a good quality ATC 110 frame to put that engine in. Or an ATC 70.

I know you will have to relocate the top bolt hole. You will probably have to find a universal intake cause the carb probably won't clear. Not sure but I think atc90 is 6 volt system and not sure if the lifans are 12 volt or not. I put my lifan kick start 125 into a suspension 70 frame and converted it to pull start. The lifan with the electric starter on top of the engine will interfere with the frame, if you want electric start, you will have to find a bottom mount electric start engine. Get a complete as possible lifan engine. One with the wiring harness and every thing and not use the 90 wiring harness and just wire the head and tail lights into the lifan harness. I wouldn't even try to fabricate the front mount from the atc90 frame to the lifan engine.
