Ok, so my tri-z is coming back together and i figured that if i was going to change the radiator hoses, what better time than now, right? Well, i tried to order all seven of them from http://www.mrcycles.com/default.asp but it's been over two weeks and haven't heard a thing from them. Gotta find a phone number since no response to e-mails.

Anyways, it was gonna be about $70 from them, and when I asked at the local dealer, they said they can only get five of the seven, but i didn't ask on price or which ones.

So the question is, is there a place to get replacement hoses? Or what do you guys use as replacements? The ones on there now are decent enough, just figured i'd put new on while it was apart

The bad thing about Mrcycles, is that their list of parts isnt updated. Check Bikebandit to see what is really discontinued, and is still availible. Their number is on the site, I have talked to them before. Give them a call to see what is still availible.

i'll look into that, thanks. If I can't get OEM, what are my other options? They are molded to fit, might be kinda hard to make regular heater hose fit properly without kinking

If you have the Time and patience, take all the old ones to a big auto store like Auto zone,O-Reily,etc and sit there and match them up.I am a auto tech and I see molded heater hose on different engines all day long that would just about replace all the Tri-z hoses.Just a thought,,, and they would only be about 5 bucks each once you match them.

the one with the 90* that goes in the head,,a 250r will work the rest you can use regular heater hose.. but the one that comes out of the top of the head is the hard one to find...

I went to my local atv/sled yard and they have piles of hoses about 10ft high. Start digging till I found a few that would fit. Cost me 5 bucks for 4 I think.
