Just sold my '92 300zx to make room for my latest project:

SR20DET Powered '90 240sx. Needs some work. She's a monster. I can't even begin to list all the mods on her. Just needs a new shell basically, and the turbo re-sealed.
So far, the death toll is a new '06 EVO 9 MR, and a mid 90s mustang. The evo was pretty much neck and neck(from a roll), but I blew the mustang away, wasn't even a contest.
Best of all I paid $2700 for it....which is insane and unheard of, because usually you can't touch a running one for under $5000.

I'm a fan, but have only owned a couple turbo imports under several brand names....but all Diamond Star Motors. I liked the '90 Laser Turbo I had, and had planned to turbo a '96 Eclipse I had, but I hate front wheel drive so I'm done with those.
My favorite owned import would be the '88 Conquest TSI I never got around to modding. I'm still eyeballing one like it 20 minutes from me that I think could be bought cheap. With a few upgrade parts it could go from fun to mean.
I've wanted an EVO, but I'm not paying EVO prices when someone like you got the results you did against one for an obscenely low price ....comparitively.

Those 240s are actually pretty fast. Back when I first got my truck and was the stupid adventurous street racer type I went up against one...I held him to about 80mph and then he walked away from me heh.
You should just clean up the interior on that thing, fix the mechanical problems and leave it be. It'd be like anti-rice, the ultimate sleeper.

my dream car is a toyota supra tt edition. but im not picky i would take any supra lol or ski line R34 . the only import im sick of hearing about is the civic . people hype it up allot. it gives you a bang for your buck but there are too many of them. i wanna be different. i know over on the west coast the supra isnt hard to find but around where i live they are hard to find. i havnt seen one in a long time around here. so yea i like imports.

Well I used to be in the Import sceen before all the ricers came out. I had a 500++ RWHP 91 300zx Twin Turbo. It was bad to the bone and boy do I miss it sometimes. I had Jim Wolf 650 turbos with 720 injectors and tons of other mods. The best was the Blitz blow off valves, it would scare the old ladies walking down the side walk haha.

There is an r34 for sale in Detroit but the guy who has it is goof wants 12500. I know I know thats a good price yea but, no title, and no Japanese ownership papers so you can't title it usually you could just sell it to someone in Canada for 6 months an transfer it and have a good title but you need the ownership papers from japan to get a Canadian title.
There is also a tt for sale if you want either of them pm me and i can get you the info.

Well my buddy(who I bought it off of) said it was running 13psi. But when I get up to about 5500 rpm, the boost gauge is showing 15. But i've been thinking of getting a bigger turbo.
I went around Ft Wayne last night for bowling, but I decided to check out the street racing scene(I was in my tempo, its not like I was gonna do any racing lol), and I'm not feeling to confident. When I got to the hot spot, a couple of guys were leaving, and one of them was a '77 nova with a BIG blower poppin out of the hood... I was like
But there were also the usual slow ricers so I can have my fun with them lol.
And Scott, that is one BAMF'n Z. I LOVE Z32s, probably my favorite car :beer

Ah. Nice Silvia S13! I would like one of those but with the 180sx conversion. Look sweet! Maybe put an RB26dett in her. I'm not into the racing scene, but more into the drifting scene. Soon picking up a 200sx(1984) THAT is RWD with the ca18de(its a turbo but the SOHC motor). Not one of those FWD nasty 200sx's. Its the Silvia S12. Very light! Just need to put in a LSD from a S13 LE and I think i'll be set. Will probably tear out the interior and add an extra boost guage, exhaust temp guage, and manifold pressure guage. You pretty much scored on that car! The engine alone costs about 2500.

whats your track time?
I was into imports untill last year. I built a Geo Storm GSI (all motor) that would run 8.60's in the 1/8. I've built several Civics, Integra's, Eclipse, 240's, Conquest's, and the list goes on and on. But I missed the torque of the american muscle car's so im looking for another Stang or Camaro.
hey bassman you know what sucks?! i jsut sold an s-13 front end for that car about a month ago for cheap! everything!! including the rare foglight projector factory lights with it!! sorry dude!

Yea, I had to pick it up as soon as he said the price.
Yep, I came so close to buying an '88 200sx before. They only wanted a grand for it, looked sweet. I love S12s also. Heck I like all silvias and nissans LOL. I always wanted an S12 or an old corolla or celica/supra, and make it a drifter or track car.

I assume you were talknig to me, but I have no idea. Haven't been to a dyno or 1/4 mile yet. But I will be, you can bet your bottom dollar on that my friend.
Sharp looking cars, vegas! My buddy has a H22A swapped Accord. Pretty quick. Fun cars.
EDIT: LOL, I just noticed the license plate on the civic! :beer
