Whats your thoughts on them and what are some common problems? NO FLAMING
I will be getting one regardless of what is said unless I can get a better deal, so any info would be much appreciated. Remember I still think :TrikesOwn

I don't know if they fixed it or not, but I heard the magnesium water pump covers on them were highly reactive with the aluminum case and steel bolts, and they'd either corrode and leak coolant out, or leak it into the oil.

that was fixed in early 06 it was from 05-early 06

man thats a big jump up from a atc 200m.:cool: they are a god relialbe quad way better then a 400ex.


i'll have to bring my 86 trx250r or REX the next time we ride at Hazelton or somewhere to see how it compares

I rode my friends yesterday and love it, can't wait only 14 hours until 'she' should be home! I don't care for the 400EX's, I just never liked them. I would be up for it. Feel like maybe going to treverton this weekend if I have it?

REx is set up better for the woods it what a 400ex should have been. its a yellow2001 400ex with a built up 87 trx250r motor in it.

Is wicked fast? I will baby the quad for awhile (break in and i don't want to break it lol)
