Getting close to done but...........

Well, I'm pretty close to being done with my 86 R.
The new axle is quite nice.....and shiny:D
All I need is a carrier, rear plastic, chain (I have the sprockets), a few odds and ends,and an exhaust.....again.
I had the PT Hi-Rev, but decided to sell it and I'm gonna go with an ESR ATC5 pipe.
I think it will be a little better pipe for all-around use.
All I need now is the money to get the stuff, and the wallet is gonna be tight soon with buying a house.
I think once we get all the fees and the moving done, things should settle back in within a month or so.
Hopefully I can post "Done and Riding" sometime soon, but for now, I'm almost there!

You know I was kinda surprised by the High Rev when I took the R out for the first time with it recently. I had one ages ago but didn't use it much (put the stocker on right after I bought the trike for noise reasons). The name is misleading. You'd think they'd be kinda pipey, all top end with a light switch powerband but that wasn't the case at all. I was expecting more top end but I actually got a more noticable improvement in the mids and even the lows. Power comes on a lot sooner than with the Fatty.
