Intake boot ripped on my x

Ok I decided to take my X out for a few laps around the yard but it wouldnt start. So I ended up pop starting it but it ran like crap. Seemed like it ran fine after I jetted it so I was figuring dirt in my carb. I took the tank off to find my boot between the carb and head almost ripped in half and numerous holes in it. So my question is what can I use to make a new boot, a stock X boot wont work bacause due to the head porting it has an oversize intake to match.

No matter what you do you will have to get the boot match ported to the head. Thats going to be your only way to do it. even if you found a boot that would fit on the head it wouldnt line up properly and you would still have to have it ported. Send me your head and a new boot and ill do it for $40.
