Turn on my computer this afternoon and the blue boot up screen that usually has a list of user names, you click which one you want to log in as isn't showing up. The screen shows up, and the shutdown or turn off option in the lower left corner is there, but the names and icons for the users on the computer do not. Did a ctrl alt delete twice and a window pops up asking for a user name/password, either I can't remember the password or somthing is messed up. Have tried safe mode and a restore option after doing F8 during boot up, but all end up asking you to log in. Any ideas? Thanks.
