I was wondering if anybody here has any experience with tri-zinger forks. The forks on my sons tri-zinger seem to have a bunch of side to side wobble, when I pulled them out and inspected them it seemed like the 2 plastic bushings were worn out on each leg. There is quite a bit of play with them. I also found out that they are not replacable. You would have had to buy the whole fork leg which is also not offered anymore. Does anyone else have this problem, is there supposed to be that much play or are they supposed to be tight. Any info will help.

Thanks Denn

There is always a slight amount of play since they are not built to carry oil. They are packed with grease. Over time they develop lots of play from normal movement and lack of grease. As far as a proper repair, Getting lucky with good used parts may be the only permanent fix.
