3leggeddog,

I have been sooooooooooo busy since trike fest that all I have done to it is clean it up. I haven't even riden it yet (although I have started it a few times just for fun)......I have some plans for it - some ideas have a high level of pimpness ~ As soon as we are back from the honeymoon (second week of August) I am gonna start working some on her.

Just so you know - it is killing me to see the old girl just sitting there in the garage and me not having the time right now do play with her! BTW - It is the favorite of my whole collection!

My plans are much like Brandon's plans - Rider Trike - maybe some MX like at Smith Road - maybe some light drags - but I will keep the +3 swinger (I think?) on it and not go real long for strictly dragging. Hill Climbs and trail riding and smoking quads will be my main plans for this 500.

Cool! Lose the oversize tank, ruins the R's look IMO.

Staying with the same colour scheme?

yeah but a 500 trail bike needs that tank.you'll eat a 2 gallon tank in a few hours

yeah - like 3leg said - a 500 drinks alot of gas. A stock tank would leave me short on fuel out on the trail. In my personal opinion - that 4 gallon huge tank adds to the "this trike is a monster" look. And sitting on it with that "big fatty for daddy" fits my groin area just right.

well, also when you ride a 500 for a everyday bike, like i did,and tim will, the extra large tank gives you a place to set your extra large golf BALL carrying SACK.with out that big tank to rest them on,i found mine to actually drag the ground on occassion.that tank has all shorts of important functions!!!

Yeah - I have heard that they tip over easy and kill innocent people:eek:

But really though - you need a coin purse like a bean bag chair to ride this thing - it is awesome!
