I decided to do a little mod to the '84 200x. I have been look at mounting the 350x shock in the 200x frame. I didn't want the full lift, just a stronger shock and a couple of inches added to the height. What I did was cut out the mounting point and moved it back two inches. I also cut down the "forks" of the shock trying to make it shorter. I havn't got the bike back together yet so I don't know the final out come of the mod. It worked out in the mock-up shown in the pictures.

I finally got the 200x back together again! I think I was successful with the mod to the 200x. I have about an inch and a half more lift with alot nicer suspension. I don't think that I should have lowered the mounting point on the forks of the shock. It makes it really close to the adjuster. It would give you approximately an extra half of an inch in lift. I just have to try it out on some trails now! Hopefully I can get out before Sandpuppi's ride!

Thanks, my first trike I bought when I got back into three wheelers. That little 200x really hauled ass! Hopefully the guy that bought it, takes good care of it!
