I purchased a Bill's pipe last week that says it goes to a '85/'86 ATC 250R. I sent the $76.00 plus the $18.00 shipping to the guy and received my pipe yesterday. I do not know what it fits, but I know what it does not fit..........an '85/'86 250R. Now I have to try and get my money back and try to ship the pipe back but I am sure I will get screwed on the deal. I have sent the guy an E mail and I am waiting for his reply. When and if I get his reply Then I will make a decision on what to do. I do not want to give his name yet until I see how he wants to handle it. I am almost through with E bay ,it sucks , it is a place for people to sell you junk that you would probably not buy if you could see it in person. I have also bought some Aircraft parts that are totally useless. Then you see the small print that says "Sold as Is" or some other bull$hit. Ebay is just a hi-tech Bargain Trader that is world wide. Screw Ebay...

I am with you there. I just got screwed myself. ( check the link in my signature ). I got my first Negative feed back from this BI*&% of a seller. How ever I posted the link in the feed back and have already hurt her in sales ( 10 emails so far ). LMAO
Here is the lastest one:
Hello
I appreciate the help. It's people like that, that make it difficult for others who are doing the right and correct thing. I firmly believe that if a person is honest- the other person will be ok with whatever has happened.
I -so far- have dealt with some very nice people.
Thank you again- I will steer clear of her. I hope you get your refund.
Sheryl
As far as selling: I do have in my auctions "sold as is". How ever if I am wrong in the description I will make things right.

HOWDY,,,i salute you you have the paitence of a saint,,,,,, for the $40 you paid if i was in driving distance i would have gone to the house and thrown it threw their front window,,,, smiled and cruzzzed home smiling all the way,,,,
Two or Three years ago, eBay was great for buying rare 3wheeler stuff at a fair price. Too many people on line now. Sure that means a bigger market and the better chance of finding more stuff but it also means more people of unscrupulous character. And also these sniping morons who will pay triple the price for junk which is leading to outrageous buy it now prices and high reserves. but hey, if it's worth it to them and they have the money more power to them. I guess even if it's junk and mis-advertised it's only worth what the highest bidder will pay. what a blessing for sellers! I've sniped and payed more than I should have for some things and got some great deals on other stuff so I'm guilty of getting caught up in it myself.
and if there is something you found that you want, the worst thing you can do is post about it on one of these message boards. While there is quite a bunch of 3 wheeler parts, there seems to be more and more demand everyday.
eBay is a seller's paradise these days.

I am making about 85% of my livelyhood on Ebay now. I think its a great system, and its black eyes are simply a handful of unscrupulous individuals, both buyers and sellers that give it a bad name. I have rarely run across a crook on Ebay, that most people of reasonable judgement could not easily identify as such simply by checking their feedback. There is nothing immoral or unscrupulous about selling total junk for high prices so long as its accurately described, so people know what they are bidding on. I dont set the prices. The buyers do! I dont determine what is junk. The buyers do! One man's trash is another man's treasure! I dont hide behind "as is", but rather guarentee that everything I sell is "as represented". I dont buy big ticket items from guys with no feedback. I always check the ratio of neg/neutral to positive feedback. If one out of every 20 people a guys deals with is not happy, thats not good odds you will be. I also check to see the feedback they have left about others, which tells a lot about somebody too. If they cant leave factual negatives (guy didnt pay after 3 weeks), but rather resort to name calling (guy is an idiotic jerk) I can assume its someone immature and unprofessional, and not a good idea to deal with. If a guy misidentifies a part, give him a chance to fix it. How they handle problems tells more about them than a smooth transaction does. If he handles it poorly, then you can be upset. If I have what I feel is a $20 part, and 10 guys out there want it bad enough to pay $100 for it, what is worng with selling it as long as they know exactly what they are buying?

Out of 20 purchases I got burned twice and mislead once.
One guy said good condition brake drum and backing plate, my drum was toast so anything was better. I quote "no damage to this assembly" It came to my door clearly pryed off with a screwdriver without removing the bolts (stress marks all around the flat head screw heads securing the drum) and he broke the backing plate removing it!!! I can't believe he sent it to me?? I lost 30$ S + H. His feedback was sent me broken junk and kept my $$$. He also gave me a big ol neg.
Next was a shock I emailed him "is there any rust or oil on the shaft?" came in looked good and I left pos feedback, then a month later I slide the rubber cushion on the shaft and it's shot, pitted etc. Nothing I could do.
Last one was great condition differential and I got it with rusty half dead splines. This prick ignored me and then lied about the actual shipping date so I gave him nuetral. He gave me 4 big negatives and said it took forever to pay him etc. I didn't know what to do.
I have got a mint 250SX drum for 15$ and a mint Blaster shock for 50$ other than that everything is just ok, but where else do you get this stuff?
Amazing what ones MINT to another is!!
I recently sold an item before I really looked good at it, the day I went to pack it I though this isn't right. So i Emailed him with more pics and gave him the option on the item, thats the right way to do business.
